Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, $25 a month. It covers hosting and small edits. It's month to month and you can cancel any time.
When do I pay?
When the new site is live on your own address and you've looked it over. Not before.
Can I get a refund?
You only pay once you have seen your site live. If something is wrong with what we agreed to build, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it at no charge. The full wording is on the Terms page.
Do I have to change anything about my business?
No. Same address, same email. Only the site gets better.
Do you need my password?
No. Whoever manages your domain makes the changes we send them. We never ask for your passwords.
I don't have a website. Can you help?
Yes, that's the full makeover. We set it up in your name, so it's yours from day one.
Which one do I need?
Email us your web address and we'll tell you. If a phone fix is enough, we'll say so.
