The short version of the deal.
Plain words, no small print.
Who this is with
These terms are between you and Frank & Ovith ("we", "us"). Frank & Ovith is a trade name of VARNADOECLARK, LLC, a Georgia company, which sells this service. You can reach us at hello@go.frankandovith.com.
What we do
We redesign or fix your business website, put it live on your own domain, and host it. We send you a sample first. Nothing goes live until you say go.
What it costs, and when you pay
- A phone fix is $199, once. A full makeover is $699, once.
- Hosting and small edits are $25 a month, month to month.
- You pay when the new site is live on your own domain and you have looked it over. Not before.
- When your site is live and you have looked it over, we send you an invoice or a payment link for the one-time price. The $25 a month starts the month after your site goes live.
Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel the monthly hosting any time by emailing us. Your site stays up until the end of the month you have already paid for, and we will not charge you again.
- You do not pay for the site until it is live and you have looked it over, so there is nothing to refund before then.
- You only pay once you have seen your site live. If something is wrong with what we agreed to build, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it at no charge.
- If we charge you twice or by mistake, tell us and we will refund it.
Your site, your domain, your words
Your domain stays yours. We never ask for your passwords: whoever manages your domain makes the change we send them. The words, photos and logo you give us stay yours, and you let us use them to build and host your site. If you cancel, we help whoever manages your domain move the site.
Limits of our responsibility
We build and host your site with care, but we cannot promise it will bring you customers, sales or any particular search ranking. We are not responsible for losses that are indirect, such as lost sales, lost bookings or lost profit, or for outages of services we do not run, such as your domain, your email or the internet. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about our service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else the law does not let us limit.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. This does not remove any protection your own state's law gives you that cannot be given up by agreement.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Questions: hello@go.frankandovith.com
